Here are a few tips that your sellers might not know:

1. Windows - Pull them all the way up, or have them angled flat, so we can see out! Also, cleaning them will make a bigger difference than you think! (Tip: Quick n' Brite works wonders on hard water and old windows!!)

2. Decluttering Counters - While bananas/oranges can look good in the corner of your kitchen counter, please clear everything else off! This includes counters in laundry room, bathrooms and other areas!

3. Pet Items - We love our pets! But for just a couple hours, let's try to hide that or put it away. Trust us, it looks better.

We offer free small touch ups to all our photo packages. If you see a spot on the carpet, driveway stain or other little things, get in touch with us and we will happily fix those for you!
