What is your turnaround (delivery) time?

All media is delivered next day by noon. This includes weekends and holidays. We understand that the housing market and your contracts don’t take time off, so neither do we.

Do you accept cryptocurrency?

Yes! We accept nearly all major cryptocurrencies. Please reach out to us and we can get you set up with this!

Should I do matterport or video?

What are your goals? Are you wanting to sell the home or yourself? Matterports are great to show off an open concept or unique floorplan. Video can be hard to syndicate across Zillow and similar sites and can take a few clicks on the MLS. For this reason, we recommend posting these to Facebook, Instagram, or using them for digital ads. Use the videos to show that YOU are the expert in the area.

What is a walk-through video?

We offer trailer-style video here at Kaizen Creative. What is that, you ask? We like to highlight the home, but not show every inch. Just like a movie trailer, we want them to be attracted to the home, to come see it in person.

Is it just Chase I am talking to?

We aren’t a one-man band! Because we have a full team, we have greater availability. Need your listing pictures taken tomorrow? Since we have multiple photographers, odds are we have a slot available for you!

What is your service area?

We service everything within an hour of downtown Salt Lake City. That roughly equates to Brigham City to Santaquin, Grantsville to Kamas.

We do travel further for a small fee. We charge $1 per minute past our free area. Example: Logan is a 30-minute drive past Brigham city, such, it is a $30 travel fee.

Can you send me an invoice from last year?

The easiest way to do that is through our client portal! Log in through this link and click orders on the left side, and then you can download them all!

What’s the best way to book on the go?

You are always welcome to go on our website to book, or did you know we have an app? Tap this link, and then if you scroll down past the booking, you will see a link to download our app! Download the app, and scan the code! Quickly and easily book your next shoot.

How many photos do I need?

For a general rule of thumb, we recommend 20 photos for homes under 2000 sqft, and 35 photos under 5000 sqft. But this can depend if the property has more rooms than typical if it has a unique yard, views, or lots of acreages you want to show off. Send us a message if you would like our opinion on your particular property!

Can I customize my listing website?

You sure can! Once logged into the client portal, navigate to the “listings” button on the left, and then click on the listing you want to edit. You will see “property websites” and a purple button that says edit! If you have a more specific question, please reach out to us!

Can you send me the pictures from my listing 10 months ago?

The easiest way to do that is through our client portal! Log in through this link and click listings on the left side, and then you can view and download them all!

What else do you do besides photos?
